Meet Marnae

Marnae is a proud native of St. Louis, Missouri, with a heart for service, growth, and intentional living. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Leadership Development from the University of Missouri in 2014. Shortly after, she joined the Teach For America’s Houston Corps, where she made a lasting impact as a fifth-grade science teacher.

Driven by a love for education and exploration, Marnae moved to the United Arab Emirates to teach secondary science in Abu Dhabi City. While navigating full-time work and a demanding graduate program, she completed her Master of Education in Secondary Science from Johns Hopkins University in 2017. Balancing shifting time zones and rigorous responsibilities, she discovered the importance of wellness, structure, and self-care. That realization sparked the creation of her very own wellness company.

Her journey began with time management and productivity tools that helped individuals design their schedules around their goals and commitments. To deepen her understanding of holistic wellness, Marnae traveled to Rishikesh, India, where she studied Hatha Yoga and meditation. She earned her 200-hour RYT certification from Samadhi Yoga Ashram and began teaching yoga to young professionals in Abu Dhabi.

Marnae is the creator of the CHAMA Method—a practical system she developed and used to graduate from university, graduate school, build her business, and travel the world. Through this method, she empowers others to live with intention and purpose.

As a wellness coach and time management expert, Marnae is passionate about helping young professionals, especially educators, establish routines that align with their values and visions. She believes that structure breeds peace, especially in moments of stress and uncertainty.
